29x29
In November 2018…
I wrote 29 sales pages about 29 different products in 29 days.
That’s 27,683 words. But who’s counting?
It was somewhere around 1:00 a.m. on a Saturday night.
I was fighting to keep my eyes open, because I had a sales page to write.
It was the tenth day of the project, and I didn’t even start writing until about midnight.
It sucked. But that was kind of the point.
“Anyone can do this when it’s easy…”
That was my mantra.
I wanted this project to be hard. I wanted to suffer. Because that’s what would make it worthwhile.
I wish I could tell you I wrote an incredible sales page, popped a bottle of champagne, and reveled in my success…
But I didn’t.
I wrote a shitty sales page, crawled into bed, and slept like I was dead.
But you know what?
I finished that sales page.
And while that one sucked due to the circumstances —
I wrote a lot of great sales pages during this project.
In fact, I want you to check them out.
“Robert’s sales pages are dangerous in the loveliest of ways. They read like a warm conversation with a lifelong friend but sell with more certainty than a water bottle vendor in the desert.”
